How does chat billing work?

Each seller sets a price per message (or per character limit). When you send a message in an active chat, your wallet is charged that amount. You'll see the rate on the seller's profile or at the start of the conversation. Only messages you send are charged; reading the seller's replies does not cost extra. If your balance is too low, you won't be able to send until you add funds.
