How do I book a video or audio call?

From a seller's profile, choose "Video call" or "Audio call" and pick a time that works for you. Submit the request; the seller will confirm or suggest another time. Once confirmed, you'll see the appointment in your Activity and get a link to join at the scheduled time. Payment is taken when the call is confirmed (or at the start, depending on the seller's setup). Make sure you have a stable connection and allow camera/microphone when joining.
