If something went wrong—for example, a call didn't connect, you were charged by mistake, or the service wasn't as described—you can submit a refund request from your Wallet or Transaction history. Open the transaction, tap "Request refund," and briefly explain the issue. Our team will review and respond. Refunds are issued back to your wallet when approved. For disputes or urgent issues, contact support through the Help or Contact Us link.
