How do I get notified about messages and calls?

Go to Settings → Notifications (or Appearance & Notifications). Turn on the options you want: email, push (if your device supports it), and in-app alerts. You can choose to be notified for new messages, appointment reminders, and when a seller confirms or cancels. Keeping notifications on helps you avoid missing replies or scheduled calls.
