How do I reply to reviews?

When a buyer leaves a review, you can reply from your profile or the Reviews section in your dashboard. Your reply appears under their review and is visible to other buyers. Keep replies professional and constructive; they're a chance to thank buyers or clarify anything. You generally get one reply per review. Reply when you can—it shows you care and can improve your profile.
